If you are having trouble sending e-mail through outlook, you will need to check two settings.

1) The smtp out going server needs to be set to smtpout.secureserver.net

2) Make sure the outgoing server port is set to 80

Below are step by step directions on how to make these two changes. Use the screen shots as examples only, the actual changes you will need to make are typed in bold below the screen shot.

Outlook 2000

- Select from the menu ‘Tools’ and then ‘Accounts’

If you already have an account setup for your domain email, then please highlight it in the list on the Internet Accounts Mail tab and press the ‘Properties’ button.

- Only change the outgoing mail server to à smtpout.sercureserver.net

- Click on the “Advanced” tab and change the Outgoing server SMTP port to 80
