If you are having trouble sending e-mail through outlook, you will need to check two settings.

1) The smtp out going server needs to be set to smtpout.secureserver.net

2) Make sure the outgoing server port is set to 80

Below are step by step directions on how to make these two changes. Use the screen shots as examples only, the actual changes you will need to make are typed in bold below the screen shot.

Outlook 2002/2003

- Click on Tools – E-mail Accounts

- Click View or Change existing e-mail account.

- Select your account and click Change

Change your SMTP to smtpout.secureserver.net

- Click on the advanced tab

Change the Outgoing server SMTP port to 80
